Volterrano is a pure Sangiovese wine, an expression of the high quality and specificity of Sangiovese from the Tuscan coast.
It is a well-structured wine with an alcohol content of 13.5-14 degrees with ruby red colour and aromas of red fruit.
In the mouth it has a very savoury taste, balanced and long-lasting.
It matures and ages for more than a year in oak barrels and for another 12 months in the bottle.
The average production is 2,000 bottles.
