Guadipiani, a blend of the best Sangiovese of each vintage (not less than 70%) and Cabernet Sauvignon, is a wine with a great structure and an alcohol content of 13.5-14 degrees.

We produce about 2,000 bottles.

It has a strong ruby red colour with fruit aromas and complex hints of spices.

In the mouth it is balanced, rightly tannic and very persistent.

For this wine the maceration lasts up to 20 days and, after assembling the two varieties, it ages in oak barrels for more than a year.

Then refined in the bottle for at least 12 months.
