Fontemorsi produces organic wines from the beginning of its activity with a very specific project, setting itself the goal of creating a low environmental impact viticulture model.
Fontemorsi vinifies only grapes produced in its own vineyards and certified organic by the I.C.E.A.

The wine production is mainly linked to the traditional local grape variety, Sangiovese, and to a lesser extent to two international grape varieties such as Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon for red wines, Chardonnay and Viognier for the production of white wine.

We produce quality wines not only for the fossil-rich terroir but also because we only use grapes chosen with precision viticulture and in the cellar we take advantage of the precious collaboration of the oenologist Paolo Salvi, recognized as one of the leading experts of Sangiovese.
