This apartment sleeps four and is situated on the south-west side of the ground floor with entrances from the front or the big pergola on the side. The pergola offers a beautiful view of the valley across rolling hills and ancient city of Volterra.

The apartment has a large live-in kitchen with a fireplace, two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. Both the kitchen and the bedrooms have independent exits to the garden. A short path reaches the swimming pool. Tuscan design is reflected in the cotto floors and exposed wood beam ceilings along with furnishings of the highest quality. A the amenities are modern: dish washer; washing machine; refrigerator & freezer and abundant cookware; satellite television; and independent heating in each room. The bedrooms are furnished with 19th century furniture and the extremely comfortable beds are custom made by a local artisan.
