Sleeping four this apartment is situated on the ground floor on the east side of the farmhouse with its entrance from the pergola. From the pergola you have a beautiful view of the Cecina valley with it's rolling hills and ancient city of Volterra in the distance.

The apartment has a large live-in kitchen with a fireplace, two bedrooms each with en suite bathroom. Both the kitchen and the bedrooms have independent exits to the garden. A short path reaches the swimming pool. Tuscan design is reflected in the cotto floors and exposed wood beam ceilings along with furnishings of the highest quality.

All the amenities are modern: dish washer; washing machine; refrigerator & freezer and abundant cookware; satellite television; and independent heating in each room. The bedrooms are furnished with 19th century furniture and the extremely comfortable beds are custom made by a local artisan.
